When everything else fails, keep it simple. Showcasing some basics I purchased at the Peter Pilotto madness at Target several weeks ago. The cut is basic, comfy and super simple. Added a splash of color via accessories, patent red pumps and clutch.

Have a lovely weekend. See you next week.

WEEKEND

Did my morning coffee run yesterday in ripped jeans, tank top, comfy sweeter and a colorful pair of Louboutin for a splash of glamour.

3.1 Phillip Lim tank top
Anthropologie sweater
Citizens of Humanity jeans
Christian Louboutin peep toe platform
Mulberry 'Alexa' satchel (in red & oak)
J.Crew printed silk snood
Lulu Frost swirling waves earrings
I was so excited at the prospect of wearing skin bearing summer outfits this weekend, however, the weather seems to be moving back towards winter. Reluctantly, I had to put on a sweater over my tank top. Some day summer will arrive in the Twin Cities.

Thank you for visiting my blog. See you on here in a few days.

Happy Monday, folks! On my last trip to Vegas I had the opportunity to stop by the Hermes store at the Bellagio. I purchased my first Hermes silk scarf. It is a beauty. To me it is a statement piece and a sign that my wardrobe has reached a milestone. Can't wait to play with my Hermes square and try out various silk knots.

Now that the weather has warmed up I will be going back to three posts a week.
See you here on Wednesday.
